On the occasion of International Day for the Eradication of Poverty, October 17th, Artist and WCPUN Cultural Adviser, Gema Alava, contributes to the ceremony at the United Nations with the collective art creation, Circle of Hope&Peace, an interactive installation made of fragments of letters written by people living in extreme poverty. Their words, about their hope for a better future, are handed to and placed in a circle by the panelists during the ceremony.
